Families are the best!!!!

I just have to brag about my awesome kids and husband.
I have had some severe insomnia problems lately and last night I got about 2 hours of sleep.
Today I decided to lay down to try and take a nap. My kids came home from school and Terry must have told them that I was not feeling well. When I came downstairs there were two vases full of picked flowers and a note from each of my older kids telling me they hoped I felt better and that they loved me.
Then lately Dylan keeps telling me, " Mom you are the best mom ever" and " Mom you are wonderful". It makes me feel so good every time he tells me that. ( Because lately I feel like I am not functioning at full capacity)
I'm not going to lie the last 3 months have been some of the rockiest and toughest of my life, but I know because of the amazing family I have- I know I will get through it.
Terry has been my rock- he has been so strong through all of this. I don't know what I would do without him, he has been extremely patient and has picked up so many extra things to help me out. I love him so much and am grateful that through our trials we have not grown apart but have only grown more together.
I guess that's what families are for, to see each other through not only the good times but also through the hard ones. You just have to keep on loving each other and never give up!!!!  :) I am grateful that families are forever.

Gender Reveal Party

For my family we had dinner and treats- these are a few of the treats we had. I forgot to get a picture  of everything before the party started, so I had to get what was left.
We told everyone by putting balloons in a box. They were the color of the gender of baby we are having. My kids didn't even know what the baby was at that point.
When it was time to reveal the gender, I opened the box of balloons and they flew out.

It was really fun to see and hear the reactions of everyone, when they saw that the baby is a Girl!  My son Logan kept jumping up and down and screaming  YES! I'm getting a baby sister. It was so cute.

Terry had stayed in the waiting room so my kids could play on the playground they have- and when he saw me he got a concerned look on his face because he could tell that I had been crying. He said " Is something wrong?" I smiled and told him " No nothing's wrong" He got a smile and said " You know what the baby is!" I told him I did and handed him the ultrasound picture the Doctor had given me. I then told him what the Doctor thought it was and that he gave me a 99% surety, but said it was still early and that he would tell me for sure at my 16 week appointment. We decided to wait to tell family and friends until after that so we were completely sure.
At my 16 week appointment, Terry came with me and the Doctor confirmed that he thought it was a Girl. I asked him if he was sure because we had planned a party to tell everyone. He told me he was positive and that he would bank on it.

We are very excited but a little nervous for our addition since all we know is boys, but we will learn as we go.

Announcement

We are expecting our last baby on March 5, 2013.
My boys have been really excited and are looking forward to our new addition.
Logan absolutely loves babies and anytime there is one around he can be found talking to it trying to make it smile. He has been asking me for at least the last year when I'm going to have another baby.
They all would like a little sister, but I am trying to prepare them for another brother just in case, because my odds of a baby girl are not so high after 4 boys.
We find out tomorrow what the gender is and I am very excited to find out. We are doing a special reveal party for my boys and our immediate family. I can't wait to tell every one and celebrate the new life that is coming to our family.
